HelyndraTV ("HelyndraTV," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you use the HelyndraTV application and related services.
By using HelyndraTV, you acknowledge that you have read this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the service.
Information we collect
We may collect account information you provide, such as your email address, nickname, user ID, and account status. We may also collect device and diagnostic information, including device model, operating system and app version, language, network status, IP address, device identifiers, crash logs, and diagnostic data.
To operate the service, we may collect usage information such as viewing history, playback progress, favourites, searches, clicks, access times, and feature usage. If you contact us, we may collect the information you send, including your email address, issue description, screenshots, and logs.
For App Store purchases, Apple may provide us with necessary order status, subscription status, product type, expiration date, and purchase-validation information. We do not directly collect or store your bank-card number, Apple ID password, or complete payment credentials.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve playback, membership access, account services, and support.
- Process subscriptions, renewals, purchase restoration, order validation, entitlement delivery, and billing investigations.
- Protect account and transaction security, prevent fraud and misuse, and enforce our agreements.
- Analyze service performance and improve content presentation and user experience.
- Send service notices, important updates, subscription-status messages, and support replies when permitted by law.
When information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We may share necessary information with trusted service providers that support cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, purchase validation, and customer support. They may use it only to provide services to us and must protect it appropriately.
App Store purchases are processed by Apple, and we may exchange necessary purchase-validation and subscription-status information with Apple. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, a court order, or a valid government request, or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of HelyndraTV, our users, partners, or the public.
Retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the service, fulfil the purposes in this policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymize, or otherwise handle it as required by applicable law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, so please keep your account credentials and devices secure.
Your choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction, deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity before responding.
Children, third parties, and updates
HelyndraTV is not directed to children under 13. Minors should use the service only with a parent or legal guardian's consent and guidance. If we learn that we collected a child's personal information without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
The App may include third-party services, SDKs, or links. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Information may be accessed, stored, or processed outside your country or region due to service deployment or support needs; we will take reasonable measures required by applicable law. We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here. For material changes, we will provide notice through the App, by email, or by another reasonable method.
