Subscription Agreement
This agreement applies to your purchase, activation, use, renewal, cancellation, and management of HelyndraTV membership subscriptions and related paid services. Please read it together with the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
By purchasing a subscription, restoring purchases, or using membership benefits, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement.
Membership service
Membership is a paid value-added service. The membership, subscription, or payment page in the App controls the specific benefits, which may include access to member-only or premium content, higher video quality, enhanced playback options, reduced advertising, favourites, viewing history, early access, or other features. We may adjust benefits because of content rights, operations, product planning, technology, legal requirements, or App Store rules. If a material change affects core benefits during a current subscription period, we will try to notify you by a reasonable method.
Plans, prices, and billing
The App may offer weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or other plans. Available plans, prices, billing cycles, free trials, promotional offers, and benefits are those displayed in the App Store and on the App payment page. They may vary by region, account, device, channel, or promotion. Review the product name, period, price, renewal terms, and benefits before confirming a purchase.
App Store payment and renewal
- iOS subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. After you confirm a purchase, payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
- An auto-renewing subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
- Apple generally charges your Apple ID account for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. The exact charge time is governed by Apple's rules and processing.
- After a successful renewal, benefits continue for the next period. If payment fails, benefits may be suspended or end after the current period.
Cancellation and free trials
You can cancel auto-renewal through Apple's subscription settings. A typical path is iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > HelyndraTV > Cancel Subscription. The path may differ by iOS version or Apple settings. After cancellation, you may continue using benefits until the current paid period ends. Cancellation does not automatically refund amounts already paid for that period.
For free trials, discounts, gifted entitlements, or other promotions, the App display controls the applicable rules. If you do not cancel under Apple's rules before a free trial ends, it may convert to a paid subscription and your Apple ID may be charged. A promotion may be limited to one use per Apple ID, device, App account, or payment method.
Restore purchases and refunds
If you change devices, reinstall the App, or benefits do not appear, use the App's Restore Purchases function to restore a valid subscription purchased through your Apple ID. If benefits cannot be restored immediately because of Apple ID status, account status, network issues, order status, or system delay, contact us.
Refunds for App Store subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled by Apple under its policies. You may request one through Apple's Report a Problem page or another App Store refund channel. We cannot control Apple's refund decision. For duplicate billing, missing benefits, technical issues, or order errors, contact us promptly with the necessary order and device information.
Restrictions, changes, and updates
Membership is for your personal, lawful, and reasonable use. Without written permission, you may not transfer, rent, lend, sell, share, split, crack, bypass, or otherwise misuse membership benefits. If we detect abnormal use, account theft, bulk login, unlawful profit, interference with subscription mechanisms, or another breach, we may suspend or terminate benefits and refuse refunds where permitted by law.
We may adjust membership content, benefits, prices, or rules due to content-rights changes, operations, technical upgrades, laws, regulations, App Store rules, or third-party service changes. A price change generally does not affect a subscription period already paid for. We may update this agreement from time to time and will publish the new effective date here. Continuing to purchase, renew, or use membership services after an update means that you accept it.
