User Agreement
Welcome to HelyndraTV ("HelyndraTV," "we," "us," or "our"). This User Agreement governs your download, installation, registration, access to, and use of the HelyndraTV application and related services.
Please read this agreement together with our Privacy Policy and Subscription Agreement. By using HelyndraTV, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
Service description
HelyndraTV may provide video browsing, playback, favourites, viewing history, membership subscriptions, and other online entertainment features. The functions, content, and service forms available to you are those actually offered in the App. We may adjust the service because of operational needs, content rights, technical conditions, legal requirements, or App Store rules.
Your account
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating or using an account.
- Keep your account, password, verification codes, devices, and login status secure.
- Do not rent, lend, transfer, sell, gift, or share your account or membership benefits without our written permission.
- Promptly contact us if you notice unauthorized access, unusual login activity, or another security issue.
Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable law, App Store rules, this agreement, and our service rules. You may not:
- Upload, post, store, or distribute unlawful, infringing, pornographic, violent, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, malicious, or otherwise inappropriate material.
- Copy, record, download, upload, distribute, sell, rent, modify, or publicly display App content without authorization.
- Bypass, damage, crack, interfere with, or attempt to evade security, DRM, payment, subscription, or access-control mechanisms.
- Use scripts, plug-ins, bots, crawlers, reverse engineering, bulk requests, or similar methods to interfere with the service or obtain non-public data.
- Impersonate another person or infringe any person's reputation, privacy, intellectual property, trade secrets, or other rights.
Content and intellectual property
The App's software, interface, text, images, audio, video, trademarks, layouts, data, and other materials are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other laws. These rights belong to HelyndraTV or the relevant rights holders. Except where permitted by law or authorized in writing, you may not use, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, or commercially exploit them.
If the App allows you to submit content, you represent that you have the necessary rights and that it does not infringe third-party rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide licence to use that content as necessary to provide, display, maintain, promote, and improve the service.
Paid services and privacy
HelyndraTV may offer membership subscriptions or other in-app purchases. Prices, benefits, duration, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are governed by the payment page, App Store display, and the Subscription Agreement. We process personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Service changes and disclaimers
We may change, interrupt, suspend, or terminate part or all of the service because of maintenance, upgrades, server issues, network failures, content-rights changes, third-party service changes, force majeure, or legal requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to reduce the impact. If you breach this agreement, law, or platform rules, we may issue warnings, restrict features, suspend or terminate services, cancel membership benefits, preserve evidence, and report matters to authorities where appropriate.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim to maintain a stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully satisfactory operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by your actions, third parties, network conditions, device compatibility, system restrictions, or force majeure.
Governing law and changes
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if that fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court with competent jurisdiction. We may update this agreement for legal, business, technology, or platform reasons. The current version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use after an update means that you accept it.
